Summing up the work I did at OYO

I‘ve been with OYO since September of ’21. I had quite an experience working here and I’m going to tell you all about it. I joined the team while it was in a state of a total renewal. They had just started building an entire design system. I worked on project on both Consumer side & the Merchant side working on Micro-interactions , animations, usability testing & research.

UX Case Study: To reduce the environmental effect of fast-fashion.

For this UX case study I was inspired by one of the prompts from Productdesign.tips’s, focusing on reduction of bad environmental effects occurring via shopping(especially from online cloth shopping and fast-fashion). This is a personal project and is not associated with H&M in any way.

Open-Source contribution to Mozilla Firefox Preview app

I spent the summer of 2020 working on open-source contributions through design. I found some bugs and made a proposal for the app. I summed up my work here, it contains the links to all my contributions.

Things I Do

I am the kind who is forever in a quest of learning something new & exciting. Here's a few skills I taught myself in order to become a better UX Designer.

User-Research

This is what I enjoy the most in a UX process. I love hours of reading on a problem statement with a cup of coffee.

Accessible UX Design

I'm all for inclusive UX designs that adhere to the latest WCAG guidelines.

Storyboarding

I love art as a hobby & visualising a journey through storyborading is another thing I enjoy.

Wireframing & Prototyping

Wireframing and MULTIPLE iterations? Bring it on!

Collaboration & Communication

Working with open-source communities such as Mozilla & Fedora has helped me enhance these skills on a professional level.

Analytics

Data analytics might feel a drag for a sem-project, but it gets interesting when you commit to a problem statement, right?

Product Excellence Award

I was humbled to receive this award during my tenure at OYO.

Hey, I also do 3-D Modelling & art!
